| "You were able to get my family into your excellent hotel
without prior reservations. As your reputation of excellent facilities
and service spread, I'm sure I'll need to make reservations in advance.
Anyway.... we were in a condo across the street that was too small.
You were able to put us in a double unit. Not only did we have plenty
of room, the suite looked absolutely new. I found out later that Wendy
takes the time to "touch up paint" the rooms prior to check
in to keep everything looking sharp. That's on top of housekeeping
cleaning the room. I tried to think of something that the owner hadn't
thought of in the way of service and facilities and could not. You
have a very fine place to relax and have fun. In fact the family environment
made it possible for us to meet four other families, similar to ours
and for kids to play together; always a plus. Thanks again."

| "We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed
our stay at the Edison Beach House. The Edison Beach House is an absolutely
lovely hotel. We were warmly greeted by staff members and regularly
asked if we were satisfied with our accommodations, if we were enjoying
our stay at your hotel, and if we needed anything to make our stay
more comfortable. The service we received at the Edison Beach House
was impeccable. Room 304 was fabulous. The suite was tastefully
and comfortable decorated. The kitchen was adequately stocked,
the package of microwave popcorn a nice surprise, and a fresh start
on the ice cube make a pleasant courtesy. We truly appreciated
knowing that all the bed linens were laundered and replaced after
previous guests departed and prior to our arrival. The desk
in our suite contained numerous miscellaneous items that were quite
useful to us, including chip clips we used to keep food items closed,
such as bags of popcorn and corn chips. Having a washer and
dryer in the bathroom was very convenient as we were able to launder
clothing as needed, The view from our balcony was gorgeous and
we enjoyed many evenings sitting on the lanai. You and your staff

| "This is our 5th year at the EBH. Myself, husband and grandson will not stay anywhere else. We come every June and stay for about 8 to 10 days. The owners Betty Lou and Larry make us feel so welcome. The staff goes out of their way to make guests comfortable. Wendy, the hotel manager takes so much time to make guests feel as if they are friends. Marlene, the hotel reservationist is there to take time to answer guests questions about places and things to do and does not rush to make you feel she is too busy to help guests. I cannot forget Matt, you will see him in the little green jeep in the mornings cleaning the beach. He is such a friendly person and he seems to really get along with kids. EBH is not a party place. It is clean, quiet and a very respectable place. I highly recommend families, young -middle age- or older couples to stay here. As everyone written before it is so close in walking distance to shops, restaurants and the pier. Best place on Ft. Myers Beach." |
